The warranty period shall be 60 days, starting from the date of repair. This limited warranty shall exclude WUR (whole unit return), and refund.
In servicing your computer, Peral’s PC Repair warrants that service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. We will demonstrate that the repair is complete at the time you pick up your computer.
At Peral’s PC Repair's discretion, if the issue from the original repair reoccurs within 60 days and has not been caused by physical damage, negligence or misuse by the customer or other third party, we will perform the service again at no charge.
Hardware replacement will be provided free of charge during the hardware’s warranty, ONLY for the specific hardware purchased, installed or replaced by Peral’s PC Repair has been diagnosed as defective, at fault, and has failed under normal operating conditions & use. This warranty covers ONLY the hardware replaced or installed by Peral’s PC Repair that is documented on your repair invoice.
Refurbished devices may have some observable cosmetic blemishes, but they will not affect performance. The warranty period shall be 90 days, starting from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall exclude peripherals, software, appearance, WUR (whole unit return), and refund.
Except where no disclaimer is allowed under the law, Peral’s PC Repair will provide no warranty services for the breakdown of Products or parts resulting from any of the following reasons:
1. Wear and tear that do not affect normal use.
2. Accident, abuse, misuse.
3. Liquid damage.
4. Electrical power problems.
5. Usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with product instructions.
6. Failure to perform required preventive maintenance.
7. Acts of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
8. Any adjustment, repair or support to the Products by any person other than Peral’s PC Repair's personnel or problems caused using parts and components not supplied by the device’s manufacturer.
Battery and AC charger Replacement will be provided free of charge during this warranty, ONLY for the specific device purchased, after it has been diagnosed as defective, at fault, and has failed under normal operating conditions & use.
The warranty period of replaced parts are up to 1 year or the remaining days of the originals, whichever ends last.
The warranty period shall be 1 Year, starting from the date of repair. This limited warranty shall exclude appearance, WUR (whole unit return), and refund.
